Your HotPads.com housing listings will gain maximum exposure not only through our map interface, but through our distribution partners.
After you have created your listings, they will be displayed in "Your Account."
From here, you can create new listings, edit existing ones, and set the activation status for your listings.
Creating a Listing
From the "My Account" section, you can create a new listing. You can add lots of details, floor plans, and photos to these listings to make them as detailed as you want. Just remember, the more information you provide the better!

There are no limits to the number of photos you add to your listing. You can also provide a label and a caption to display alongside the photo.
Activating a Listing
Once you have created your listing, you can set the activation status for that listing. You may select between 1 and 32 days for how long you wish your listing to remain active on HotPads. At the end of the time you have selected, you may simply go back and reactivate/extend your listing if you have not filled your vacancy or sold your property.
If at any time you fill your vacancy or sell your property, you can simply deactivate your property.
The listing you have created will remain on HotPads. Then, when a unit becomes vacant again, all you have to do is log in to your account and re-activate your property listing that you have previously created.
