Setting up a featured listing on HotPads is fast and easy...Just follow these 3 easy steps:

Step One: Choose Your Listings
One of the neatest aspects of featuring your listings on HotPads is that you get to set your own price!
Advertising is not one-size fits all... we know that. Because of this, HotPads gives YOU the power and flexibility to determine exactly how much to spend on your featured listings and how long they will run.
Then, select which properties you would like to feature from the list of all of your active properties by checking the box next to each name.
If applicable, there is also a table showing all your properties that are currently inactive. If you would like to feature one of these listings, you must first activate it by clicking the "activate" link, and then you may feature it alongside any other listings that you have selected.
Please note that, if you would like to assign different pricing guidelines for different sets of properties, first complete the process at one price range with the associated properties and then repeat the process for the other pricing.
Step Two: Confirm Your Order
Next, confirm that you have selected all the properties that you wish to feature.
If you would like to change anything, you can go back to step one by clicking "change order," where you can add or remove any properties and edit your pricing.
If everything looks good with your order, you are ready to proceed to checkout.
Before we take you to the secure checkout location, we ask that you confirm your password. This is just an added security measure for your safety to ensure that nobody else has gained access to your account.
Step Three: Checkout
Look over your complete order to make sure that you have entered everything correctly. Then, insert your payment information through our secure system and checkout.
Chart Your Progress!
Once you have set up your featured listings, you can keep track of how many impressions and clicks you get through our handy Listing Campaign Summary" chart like this example:
As you can see, we keep track of all of your featured listings and chart the clicks and impressions they receive, as well as the current click through rate and maximum cost per day. These stats are extremely helpful in keeping track of all of your featured listings.
