We were one of the first couples to sign a lease at the brand new ONE THIRD AVENUE rental building in Mineola, NY in September 2016. We just moved out yesterday due to our relocating out of state. From day one, we were treated and guided well by Diana Makdalina and Super Eugene Bond and Anum in Leasing. Our present day Super Hector Pacheo has also met the residents' expectations as an employee who serves over 300 residents with professionalism, courtesy and concern ASAP. His dedicated crew of many keep the hallways, elevators, gym and pool very clean and maintained daily. Namely, Aixa and Carlos et al. In almost 6 years, thankfully, we always felt secure in our very quiet and peaceful 9th floor apartment. We can't recall any major disruptions or disturbances. We had 24 hour front desk concierge security service and they accepted all of our deliveries. The upscale mail rooms are terrific and we only had a one minute walk to the Mineola Train station. Minutes from upscale shopping at Roosevelt Field and Restaurants and Movie Theaters. The present day One Third Leasing Office staff are terrific and will tour and assist all interested newcomers with professionalism and answer all of your concerns. Cheryl Stebe at the Executive offices in Lake Success has always been graciously helpful in serving our requests. Lastly, we were so fortunate to have an outstanding and caring professional with Kathleen Walker as our Property Manager at Lalezarian Properties Executive Offices. Kathleen has always gone the extra mile in keeping over 300 residents informed with emails of any important alerts that we tenants needed to know, and a go-to for any building concerns. She alerted us always of maintenance building repairs, fire department visits, pool and gym hours, etc. Kathleen was the most pleasant and attentive communicator and certainly an asset to the Lalezarian Properties.
