The application fee is $25.00 per tenant 18 years of age and older (no refunds) and it is payable by cashier's check or money order only. The income requirement is gross income, 3x the rent to qualify (proof of Income required). Units are ready to move in. You will be responsible for paying all of the utilities. The water, trash, and sewer are combined in one bill, this bill averages about $50.00 per month.
