Nov 28, 2021Renters beware! We were promised parking for our 3 vehicles and got screwed. They told us to park the extra vehicle in guest parking and then they eliminated all guest parking spots. Now they want you to pay an extra $150 for a covered spot. We were told by management to park on Lincoln Ave and now the homeowners on that street have a hearing to have us not park there anymore. And good luck on street sweeping days, you can’t park between 7-11 am. They will tow your car for parking anywhere but your assigned spot. They don’t care if you have the parking sticker. Instead of calling you to ask you to move your car they call the tow company right away. But don’t worry, the management have assigned spots that you can’t even think about parking in after hours. One of the managers lives there and is super crazy she calls security for any inconvenience. Management is horrible and there are homeless people jumping the fence and breaking into cars and garages and digging through the trash all the time. Don’t waste your money rent is outrageous!!
