Landis Place on King

A New Place in a Vibrant City Landis Place on King is an innovative project in the heart of Lancaster City. It is a mixed-use building with 79 apartments, 41 interior parking spaces, and commercial space. It is located at 239 West King Street with the rear of the building along Grant Street. Landis Place on King was born out of a desire to create abundant choices, foster increased community, and provide moderate income housing for adults age 55+. The diverse and flourishing downtown neighborhood of West King Street has embraced our vision for an inclusive community housing option. Adding a community like this is another step in keeping the Central Business District vibrant and growing. A Vision for Enriching Lives Landis Place on King is a unique housing choice because of the access to services if desired that allow 55+ adults to age in the comfort of their own homes. An on-site care navigator will support residents with things like understanding the complexities of the health care system, and accessing care and supports so that residents are able to thrive in their home as they go through the aging process. Physical health and wellness, social wellbeing and lifelong learning are all key elements available to the community that will exist at Landis Place on King.
