We are renting out our newly remodeled, furnished home with a huge screened in porch with river access (South Harpeth River). The home could sleep 8 but is currently setup to sleep 6 comfortably with 3 normal sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home is 5 minutes off the interstate (exit 188, kingston springs). Wood burning fireplace just repaired and ready to go! The home has been airbnb-ed 20ish times, and you can find the listing by searching: "3bd/2ba Farmhouse on River in Kingston Springs." The airbnb listing is old, and any pictures you see of animals on the property are not up to date, because there are no longer animals on the property. We are a friendly family who will be accessing the property a lot because we love to spend time by the river. The tract next door may be active with construction as we are considering building on a separate tract.
