Husky Court & Husky Place is custom designed to meet the needs of university students and non-students. Each room furnished with an armoire, microwave, refrigerator and a private full bathroom. Residents on each floor share laundry facilities on every floor and a large, modern kitchen with locking kitchen cabinets for each unit. Easy walking distance to University of Washington campus Utilities billed separately--budget $65-$70 per month/per person (estimated average.) Residents set up their own Internet and/or Cable through Xfinity or Century Link - providers. Parking is $100 -$150 per month with a $60 deposit (REFUNDABLE.) Lease Contract Term Required No Pets, No Smoking Photos are taken from multiple units in the building and may not be exclusive to the exact unit being advertised.
