Every unit has been carefully renovated with new solid wood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. All of the wood flooring and carpet is new in every unit and all new Pella windows with wood blinds. Ultra fast fiber optic wifi designed for streaming and downloading is available for an extra fee. Security cameras are present both inside and outside of the property and near the lake and docks as well. Our main outdoor resident deck area has sectional couches and chaise lounge areas and an outdoor dining area - all overlooking the lake. There is a Weber gas grill and a gas fire pit on the resident deck area for entertaining as well. A newer amenity is a kayak/canoe/paddleboard launch dock and a locked area near the water for boats and boards storage. Discounted boat slips for residents that hold boats as large as 34' on Lost Lake which is part of Lake Minnetonka. Indoor heated parking available and are located two blocks from the paved Dakota running and biking trail.
