Experience the ultimate relaxation & rejuvenation with a stay at this quaint cottage oasis. The Space This Tiny Home is located in the corner part of the lot. You can get to the cottage from the driveway on your right or by going down the stairs on your left towards behind the garage. Upon entering the Tiny Home, you'll be greeted by the quaint kitchenette where you'll find your compact fridge, microwave, multi-use cooking appliance (coffee maker, grill/cooktop, oven toaster) and sink. On the same side is where the door to the bathroom with tub/shower combination. On your right, you'll see your desk/dining room area with an extendable table. There's a comfortable sectional sofa with a pull-out queen sized bed for your good night's sleep. The coffee table is height adjustable and has storage underneath. PROPERTY Our property sits in a 1.9 acre lot in a wooded part of town. You might see an Eagle, Hawk, Turkey Vulture, and other wild birds hang out on our trees. Although our property is fenced in, critters and wildlife would sometimes come to visit. PETS At our home, we allow our guests to bring one dog per booking (with pet fee). While we welcome you to bring your furry friend, we do have a few rules we ask you to follow to help protect our home's furniture and linens. Please do not leave your pet alone in the home unless it is crated. Pets are not allowed in beds or on indoor / outdoor furniture. All pet waste needs to be picked up and thrown away prior to checkout. Pet owners will be responsible for paying any damages or additional cleaning fees if needed following checkout. Our pet fee is $100 per stay and will be added to your total booking amount when you add a pet to your guest list. This fee does not cover any damages caused by your pet during your stay. POOL No Pool Access SECURITY A Ring Camera will be installed in the outdoor spaces. All Guests/Tenants will be informed of where they are once installed. NO PARTIES/EVENTS Parties or events are NOT allowed in our listing and will not be tolerated. Guests will be fined for violation of this policy. NO SMOKING / VAPING Smoking & Vaping is not allowed anywhere on our property. This is a strictly non-smoking accommodation. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in fines and booking cancellation.
