Oct 30, 2019I would not recommend moving here to anyone. For the most part the apartment is livable but certainly not luxury or updated. Moved from across the country without seeing in person and initially they were very helpful putting a rush on our paperwork - now its obvious they just want the rent. Lived here 3 months-maintenance enters whenever they want without calling. Work orders are submitted and then marked completed even when they haven't yet come out to fix the issue. Office staff is unresponsive and incompetent. Boarded up building on children's park premises, exposed pieces of concrete and tree roots poking up are a serious tripping hazard for a young child.When I mentioned the state of the park to the property manager he stated he "had never been up to see the park". My kitchen counter was so old that it was literally disintegrating and falling in on itself. On top of all this, now whenever I call the office with an issue they screen my calls and do not return my voicemails. Very unfortunate that I will be living here for another 9 months.
