Step away from the city life and celebrate nature and the peace and quiet that surrounds the 1132sq ft Mother-in-Law style Loft located on the second level of our garage!! Peace, Serenity, Stars and Sunsets will fill your days and nights! Short Term vacation stays (current availability, inquire for specific dates and pricing) and stays for 30+ days (November-April 2024) are welcome pending availability. The Loft is MOVE IN READY and equipped with a full sized stainless steel fridge/freezer, oven/stovetop, pots, pans, glassware, utensils, silverware, standard coffee pot, toaster, microwave, fresh towels, fresh sheets, extra blankets, stand up shower, hair dryer, iron, flat screen TV with streaming capability, Washer and Dryer access (shared space) smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. **The gated estate is located on Forest Reserve property with access to the Nisqually River, miles of groomed trails for hiking and horseback riding, parks for picnicking and rivers for fishing! An outdoor lover's paradise!! The Nisqually River Forest Reserve also includes an abundant wildlife population. Black bear, cougar, elk, bobcat, deer, grouse, eagles and dozens of other species of wildlife have all been spotted in the area. We truly hope you enjoy everything the Loft and the surrounding area have to offer! ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: **Keypad contactless entrance **Nisqually Highland Ranch has 40 acres of land you are free to roam! Our horse-loving guests are welcome to contact us if they would like to bring their horses along! We have a horse arena and several sectioned off gated areas with plenty of pasture! If you open a gate, please close it behind you, but wander as you please! THE LOFT: **Vaulted Ceilings! Beautiful Hardwood Floors! **Fully stocked Kitchen with an abundance of cooking supplies (includes a full sized stainless steel fridge, stovetop, oven microwave, and standard coffee pot). **Plenty of cupboard space to store any kitchen supplies you bring along. **Kitchen Island with seating for 3. **Large Office Desk. Telecommuting/business guests are always welcome!! We hope our desk, landline and territorial views of the backyard bring convenience and comfort to your workday. **Family room with two large comfy reclining chairs, a small flat screen TV with streaming capabilities (for your personal account use), and a DVD player (please bring along any DVD's with you) **Full bathroom (stand up shower) **Exterior double doors leading directly to Covered porch access (a small electric BBQ Grill is also located here for your use) MASTER BEDROOM SUITE: **Queen Bed **Double doors providing privacy between family room and bedroom **Attached Bathroom **Walk in Closet *There is a Small comfy mattress located against the wall in the closet for our small families to utilize if helpful (sizing of mattress is best for children only)! There is a home adjacent to the Loft, connected by an undercover carport area. That home may have guests also present during your stay. That area is not included in your rental. Parking is shared, please do not block their vehicle and please park in front of the garage door to the right (or to the parking area to the far right of the garage if more than one vehicle). Please respect their privacy and I absolutely request the same from them for you:-) LAUNDRY ROOM: There is a laundry room located inside of the adjacent home. On a case by case basis, we are happy to try to provide access to this SHARED space during your stay as needed. We know how convenient it is to be able to utilize a WASHER and DRYER and are very happy to do our best to have this available for your use :-) Please inquire during your stay if you would like access to the laundry facility and we will coordinate (with any guests that may be occupying that home during your stay) and help make it happen for you! If needed, and pre-arranged, you would have access via a separate exterior door that leads directly into the enclosed laundry room. SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) permitted in the house! We can discuss designated smoking areas outside if needed. PARTIES: **Absolutely NO parties are permitted and no unregistered guests are allowed on the property without prior consent.** Please inquire for exceptions. **Security cameras are located on exterior perimeter of building PETS: We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis. MUST contact us for pre-approval Please:-) Max of 2 indoor dogs (under 25 lbs) and property max is 3 dogs total (any size allowed for outdoor dogs *Pet Fees required. BACKGROUND CHECK: Required background checks on anyone over the age of 18: No evictions, felonies, pending charges, previous domestic violence charges, or child-related charges. No unpaid unlawful detainers / evictions. Paid unlawful detainers / evictions will be considered based on age with additional deposit required. Tenant (s) must have at least a verifiable GROSS income of 3 times the monthly rent with at least one year in similar job position. Two years verifiable timely rent or mortgage payments. Verification must be in writing with a professional property manager rent report, bank statements, etc. Tenant (s) must have a credit score of 650+ with no recent collections or late payments.
