Showings are available 7 days a week by appointment. Gross monthly income must be three times the monthly rent. $25 fee for application and credit check. Upon approval of application, a $500 deposit is required to reserve the apartment. First, last, and one month's security deposit (less $500 deposit) due upon occupancy.
