All dishes, serving-ware, pots and pans ready for a chef to take over!!

The Bedroom Suites are at opposite sides of the Condo, so a nice separation of space. Each has a queen-size bed, with hotel-quality linens, and a desk for a quiet work corner. The closets and storage is extremely spacious. Each bath offers ash cabinetry, marble counter-tops, Kohler fixtures.

A washer/dryer is off the main living area for convenient laundry. An outdoor Patio Deck steps out from the Bedroom overlooking the greenery of the central Courtyard and fountain. Included are Building amenities such as use of the Courtyard and BBQ grills for pre-scheduled parties, a full gym with an extensive collection of machines, and a Conference Room for business meetings (sometimes it's not appropriate to invite clients to your home!!).

One block over at the intersection of Van Ness and Market are all the major SF bus lines, antique trolleys, and underground Muni trains: You can literally go anywhere throughout the City in a matter of minutes. And the the building may seem initially to be a bit isolated in a business community, a closer look shows that you have over 30 restaurants within a ten block walk. Hayes Valley and it's array of boutique shops and cafe's; the Valencia Street corridor with almost two restaurants per block, the Market Street stretch from mid-city out to the Castro District (very colorful!!)... it's an amazing City to explore.
