These provide turn-key opportunities for you while staying in Philadelphia for business or pleasure. We too are executives; and we guarantee to make you welcome in our home. Fully-furnished, all-inclusive suites, and apartments are available from $1400 to $2900 per month. Owner occupied.

Located on a beautiful tree lined street, our home has great light and lovely views from its many windows. There is a large living room with fireplace, original chandeliers, and the architectural details that rooms with high ceilings make possible. There is a large entry foyer and grand stair, huge gilt mirrors, crown moldings, and throughout the home there are hardwood floors. Our mansion has central heat, and for your own control--window air conditioners. This residence was used in a recent motion picture.

Our decorator / furnished suites are very large; there are 8 bathrooms. Although there are no private kitchens (except in ...(show more) our fully equipped apartments next door,) there is a fully equipped gourmet, eat-in shared kitchen, a formal dining room seating 12, a wonderfully comfortable parlor, and lovely sitting gardens. Some suites have wall paper, sconces, and feel old world, others are painted plaster with a more contemporary feel—all are professionally decorated with desks, proper lighting, and dressers. There is a bright clean basement with oversized tumble washers & dryers.

Rent includes free utilities, free wifi by password, free basement washer / dryer and detergents, and free house cleaning every other week. Linens are provided --you do the wash, and keep your private space clean, in-between house cleanings.

Our mansion is kept spotless; no personal items are left in the common areas. We are delighted to have you use our kitchen, condiments, and commons; we ask that you clean up after its use. There’s plenty of cabinet space for your own foods. We keep the common spaces neat and ready to show. You pay for phone and cable services if needed in your suite; however, a large flat screen TV with cable is provided in the living room. A wifi printer / scanner is available too.

Medical students, graduate students, celebrities, movie producers, and other professionals who seek grand living and respect quality spaces will truly relax and enjoy our home and our guests.

We are but a 5 min walk to Rittenhouse Square; 15 minute walk to the CHOP, uPenn, and Wharton, Drexel campuses; 10 minutes to Market Street & the Comcast Center, 15 minutes to City Hall, 15 minutes to Suburban Station, 15 minutes to the 30th street train station, and a 1 min walk to Fitler Square. It is a 10 min walk to Broad Street and the subway lines to Temple University and the sports stadiums & Navy Yard.

We have a weekend fresh food farmer’s market, and a public pool. Our mansion is near excellent restaurants (many BYOBs), art galleries and an easy walk to all SEPTA lines. Our residents are professionals and not undergraduate students.

Surface parking spaces are available nearby at $200/month. There is a garage charging $285/monthly at 22nd and Pine. On nearby streets long term parking is possible with a permit (can be obtained once a resident) otherwise there are 2 hr parking restrictions during the day. No parking is available on our property. There is long-term, on-street, no permit needed, parking located on 21-24th Sts and Fitzwater / Catharine / Christian / Carpenter Streets - a 5 min walk from our mansion. No smoking or pets, single occupancy rooms. Secure bike storage on side of house.
