I would not recommend this building to anyone looking in this area of Austin - primarily due to the poor building management. Cockroaches are everywhere - we found multiple (5+) every day, and management rarely responded to service requests to fix. When they did come, they would not schedule visits, and even came into our unit without permission when we were not home. 1-2 elevators were broken for probably half of the duration of our lease, so we took the stairs almost everyday. Stairwells and hallways smell like trash and feces, trash chutes are regularly too full to use, so trash piles up in the rooms (and the required trash service rarely comes). The lights in the hallways were different colors. There is a lack of notifications from building management about anything. Overall - common areas were regularly a mess and needing maintenance, and management was not very attentive to tenant requests. Other tenants we know have had similar experiences.
