Rock Creek Group (RCG) is a full service income property consulting and management company that will partner with you to grow your income property into a successful business. We provide expert property managagement for individual homes and condos, multi-family dwellings, apartment buildings, and associations.
Our goal is to maximize the return for our clients while providing a great living experience for tenants. We do so by removing the day-to-day headaches involved with owning an income property by simplifying the process for its clients.

Property management is not simply finding tenants and collecting rental payments. In addition to finding the RIGHT tenants, there are bills to pay, maintenance to perform on the building and the property, tenant correspondence, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, and handling all the delicate procedures involved with evictions.
