We take pride in managing your rental property. We would never think of allowing someone in your home that we would not put in our own home. We do a complete background check on each potential tenant which includes credit, employment and rental histories. Prior to the tenant moving in, we perform a detailed inspection; both written and photographed. While your property is occupied, we collect the rent and handle all maintenance items. You receive monthly reports on all activities. We can send your proceeds check to you directly, to your bank or we can electronically transfer the money from our bank to yours. When the tenant is ready to move out, we perform another rigorous inspection using the photographs and documentation to ensure that any damage caused by the tenant is cared for immediately.

Having managed large offices, for over ten years, Rick Muldoon, founder of Muldoon Associates, wanted to start an office that had a more personal feel than your typical larger real estate offices could offer. The thought of having a small office with senior agents but with the same level of service as a large company was an idea born in 1980. Thirty years later we are still here and growing.
