Consequently, over the years we have performed as many others do not by remaining a small company and being selective about the new properties we manage each year. Mitch Whittaker (Attorney / Manager / Owner), David Strom (Attorney / Manager / Owner) and I, David Schmidt, managed our first property in Southeast Denver in 2001. We began Allan Page Real Estate with the primary goal to maximize the return on investment for our clients and thus maximize the success of our company.

Property Management is a complete solution for your investment properties. We'll market and show your rental property, screen tenants thoroughly, prepare the lease, collect deposit and schedule a move in. Then manage your tenant as well as care for and maintain the property

We will analyze the area in which your property is located and then consult with you about our strategy to maximize your rental income.
* Tenant Screening:
We will perform credit checks, criminal checks, landlord references and verify employment on all interested applicants. If they are not good enough for our properties then they are not good enough for yours.
* Lease Enforcement:
This is primarily why you will hire Allan Page Real Estate. We collect rent, account your money precisely, enforce violations and when necessary execute evictions. There are two attorneys on staff so an extensive knowledge of the law is one of our strengths.
