Yet he expects the money. He also waits 9 months or so to give me the bill and then wants a large lump some of $900 or more. I can't get a hold of anyone at the tenet union for Seattle and I utility company said they couldn't tell me anything.

Answer for what are the laws for multi house water bills? the landlord just devides up the bill among the 4 rental properties and gives me a random bill. Does it specify how utilities will work in your lease?

Answer for what are the laws for multi house water bills? the landlord just devides up the bill among the 4 rental properties and gives me a random bill. He doesn't give the copies of the bill details because I think he just guesses what each place is using and divides it that way!

Answer for what are the laws for multi house water bills? the landlord just devides up the bill among the 4 rental properties and gives me a random bill. That is outrageous - demand that the bill be broken up according to unit numbers (Ex. 1234-A Smith Ln., 1234-B Smith Ln., etc.). Anything else is unfair to the tenants.
