In fact, water features (that we call The Lakes) wind through our large grounds, crisscrossed with walkways and ground-level, waterfront patios. It's the perfect place to retreat after a long workday, under the cherry blossom trees as the water flows past. Boardwalk Apartments feels like a seaside getaway, even though we're right in the middle of Santa Clara. The oceanfront vibe runs throughout Boardwalk Apartments. Our architectural features were inspired by Sonoma County's legendary Sea Ranch, an icon of California modernist design. (. Ground floor apartments open directly onto The Lakes, with private, open patios that extend over the water. Second-floor units are bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and copious windows.
