    great location, poor building design. Not enough elevators for all residents. Especially when one doubles as a service/loading dock elevator which is always reserved. Also the signs to navigate from the stairs or elevators is useless. it does not provide the full range of apartments. Therefore leading to missed deliveries. The rules in the lease are rarely followed. So that can be good and also bad if you are moving here based on the enforcement of a specific rules in the lease.
