Wyandotte Co-op Apartments was CSI Support & Development Services' first building, and it has a unique environment that is unlike any other senior building. Wyandotte Co-op offers a family-like atmosphere where residents have the opportunity to develop friendships through activities and events. Wyandotte also allows each member to have a voice in the management of the building. The building is located in a historical downriver suburb right on the Detroit River with a beautiful park next door. The location is perfect for enjoying city festivals and it provides a breathtaking view for summer fireworks displays. The building was recently remodeled. All units have new kitchen cabinets, new carpet and new stoves. Most of our studio apartments have been converted into one-bedroom units.
