Up to 2 Dogs welcome. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Pet can not be in excess of 65lbs at full growth. Pets 0-35lbs Pet fee of $300. Pets 36lbs-65lbs- $400 pet fee. Prohibited breeds are: Pit Bulls, Akita's, Chows, Rotweilers, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinchers, Dalmatians and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. This prohibition is not only for pure breeds but for any mixture of combinations thereof.
Up to 2 Cats welcome. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Pet can not be in excess of 65lbs at full growth. Pets 0-35lbs Pet fee of $300. Pets 36lbs-65lbs- $400 pet fee.

We also have Semi-Attached Garages and Storage units available to rent. Garages are $105 per month and storage units are $50 per month.
