Price range is based on flexible lease length and specific move-in date.

Up to 2 Cats welcome with $400.00 deposit, $50.00 rent.
Up to 2 Dogs welcome with $1000.00 deposit, $150.00 rent. The monthly rent for dogs under 45 lbs is $150, over 45 lbs is $250, second pets would be half of the regular rent fee. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Premier Parking: Reserved parking spaces available in the garage for residents. $150/month additional fee to upgrade from single spot to a tandem spot. Additional single spots are $250/month.
