The Lofts at Roberts 420 S High Street, Muncie, IN 47305

As a key part of the revitalization efforts in Muncie, Miller-Valentine Group is transforming the Roberts Hotel into a community of homes designed exclusively for residents 55 and older. There will be 56 one-bedroom and 27 two-bedroom apartments along with a grand multipurpose room, community rooms on each floor, fitness facility, computer center, and even an on-site movie theater.

Located in the heart of downtown Muncie, the Lofts at Roberts was designed and constructed to increase energy ratings, encourage water conservation, and put recycled materials to use.

Construction is set to be completed in a year, but the response from the local community has already been outstanding.
