Up to 2 Cats welcome with $300.00 fee, $40.00 rent. Small pets (30 lbs or less) are $40/month. Large pets (31 lbs or more) are $60/month. Monthly rent and one-time, non-refundable pet fee are per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home.
