DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
I moved in back in June , they give you a paper to let them know the things that need to be fixed. You turn it in and they tell you they will come fix the problems. No one comes, when they finally do , this is what’s happens. My problems are as follows: Master bathroom toilet won’t flush, air vent is insufficient in master bedroom room, laundry room door falling out of track, ceiling falling in kitchen & front door won’t shut without locking , nor will it seal properly. This is what they do in response, they come in while I’m not home & go to the wrong bathroom toilet & take my laundry room door , they do nothing about any of my other problems. Nor do they fix anything.I am now 6 1/2 months pregnant & have been sleeping in the other bedroom with my sister bc I either sweat or freeze in my room & I also have to use her toilet bc mine won’t flush. We live in a two bedroom 2 bathroom but bc of all the issues it’s being used as a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom.We have emailed , called and complained non stop & still nothing has been done. Every time we pay rent we send in a complaint of all the problems. Still no response till this day. Due to the negligence of this company we have to find somewhere else to live. We can’t continue to live under these circumstances. Also both of our cars had an attempted brake in & broken into, we are located on the main rd. My sisters things were thrown about in her car & they broke the handle on my car trying to get into it. I feel like we have been taken advantage of being two young 19 girls. This is wrong on all levels, terrible representation of a company. I have been paying for a two bedroom 2 bath when we can only use it as a 1 bed 1 bath. $900 + is outrageous for rent in the the conditions we are forced to live in. I hope this review is read by all and take heed of my warning bc this will happen to you too!!!
