    The office staff has a terrible attitude of, "it is what it is" every time I have had to deal with them. I tried not to need anything from them and take care of everything I needed on my own. When I moved out they charged me a ridiculous fee to replace the carpet claiming it was "damaged" and "unable to be cleaned". They have been uncooperative, unreasonable, and unwilling to work with me. If you choose to stay here, just keep in mind they are going to find any reason they can to charge you outrageously when you move out. So if I were you and you decide to live here, I'd get one of the floor plans on the first floor without carpet.
