We offer spacious two, three, and four bedroom apartments in a gated community for low-income families. All units include central air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, ice maker, full size washer/dryer hookups, and two bathrooms. The property has a playground, pool, picnic tables with barbeque grills, and many open, grassy areas. Several of the parking spaces are covered, and there are many spaces for visitors to park as well. The office, which is open six days a week, features a computer lab, a furnished meeting room and a classroom utilized by the activity coordinator from the Good Neighbor Program. We allow small pets with a $300 refundable deposit and small $10 "pet rent" per month, per pet. We have a community officer who lives onsite that is a member of the Denton Police Department.
