Our large onsite bilingual library offers books free of charge and Internet access. There are lots of shopping and many cultural events nearby. As a result of the cooperative management system, our members plan and organize a large variety of activities and events for the enjoyment of all. There is no purchase price and no yearly association fee; a one time membership fee of $100 and monthly rent based on 30% of your income is all you pay.
