2bd house/townhouse/possibly condo in Tucson, AZ for rent? I'm having A LOT of trouble finding anything!

I don't want to live on the southside, for obvious reasons, and m limit can not exceed $550 a month, and I need it to include water (I'm poor here). Dogs must be okay, I don't have any yet but I plan on adopting soon.

My lease ends September 31st in my crap one-bedroom apartment that I pay way too much for. I want a house with a yard and a decent amount of space. I've looked around and have seen homes for the same price I rent now, twice the size with way more to offer. Unfortunately, they only allow small pets (which I hate) or the deposit is a MASSIVE amount, or they're already rented out.

So, does anyone know of anything? :/
