Help -- having problems locating a 2/2 rental home or condo by owner. Need in the next couple of weeks near UTI/MMI campus. (This is near Orlando Int'l. Airport. URGENT!!!!!!!!!!

We are looking for a 2/2 house or condo privately owned to lease for a minimum of 1 year. We would need to take occupancy some time around Sept. 1st. Urgent request...........We are located in Atlanta, Georgia and would have to do everything via phone, e-mail, fax to get rented. Desperately need help.
