Looking for rental home ASAP! Anyone know of any for rent by OWNER homes?

I am looking for a rental home ASAP, with an owner willing to work with deposit. Looking for a 2/1.5 to 2 bath. Rent max 750. If anyone knows of rentals, please let me know! Thanks! :)

Unfortenly, I've had an extremely difficult time finding homeowners that actually rent their homes themselves. I'm not sure why so many homeowners feel the need to use property managers, especially when rental income sometimes barely covers the mortgage and many times it doesn't even come close.
