Relocation Assistance Needed

I am relocating to the Hampton Rds area in the middle of August. I would like go move in the weekend of the 20th. I am seeking to find a one bedroom apt for myself. The price range I am looking for is $600-$700. I prefer to have something with all utitilies included. If not, I am still interested in renting. In addition, no security deposit would be great as well. If there is a security deposit maybe we can work something out for it to be broken up into monthly payments until it is paid off. I do not like or have any pets. I am open to any and all suggestions. I will start work at my new job on August 15th so I kind of have to act fast with finding housing. The only areas that I am not intersted in is Hampton and Newport News. I prefer VA Bch, Chesapeake, or Norfolk, Porstmouth and maybe Suffolk. Any assistance would be great. Thanks!
