How does one move into a new place when you are on temporary(3 months)disability?

My husband is the major bread winner and he just tore his bicep. His union temporary disability will be $200 a week for the 3 months he is off. I am permanently disabled and get a $695 check per month. Our landlord has told us that he needs us to move by September 1st as he is losing this house to foreclosure. We have limited savings. Very limited. How do we get moved into a temporary apartment or house until we get back into the house hunting game?
