Traumatic brain injury survivor is homeless

My daughter is permanently disabled and only has a $700/ month income. She is currently homeless since she cannot find anything in that price range. Anyone know of anything? I would love for her to get into a 55+ community (probably safer than most neighborhoods in that $ range), I was told a lot of them could accept disabled regardless of age but they all tell me "no" when I inquire.

$ 700 is ALL she gets. When you factor in utilities and medical copays, bus pass etc..... We probably need to be around 500.
