How do we as renters, find out if the houses are in forclosers or if the house has a clean title?

My family and I are interested in a property that was listed in Burbank for 1300.00 a month with untilities included. This sounds to good to be true.

Michael. Please call me. The way to find out is complicated; however, I can help. I am a Realtor and can help you avoid the pitfall of renting a foreclosed home OR ONE THAT IS ON IT'S WAY TO FORECLOSURE. BUT rule of thumb...if it seems too good to be true IT PROBABLY IS. The market rents in Burbank for 2 to 3 bedroom HOUSES with 1 bathroom is a minimum of $2,200 per month so $1,300 is a scam and you should stay away. The market rent for 3 bedroom 2 bath homes are (depending on size location within Burbank and if it is renovated r not) is $2,600 to $4,000 and up. Any questions, call me directr at 818-355-5683
