My bathtub is slanted and never drains because all the water pools on the opposite end of the tub away from the drain. Is there anything I can do about this..also is it impossible to live without bugs
I asked the super, who asked the landlord, who said to fix it would require major renovation (read:money) which includes tearing the floor up, so they won't be doing that since the problem is not an 'emergency.' Also, any new yorkers on here, do all cheaper apartments in the city have roaches? I saw one the other say and I hate hate hate bugs. Is it possible to completely rid the place of them? I recently moved in so I'm guessing they're probably coming from my neighbors. Thanks in advance for all of your answers!You must have a HotPads account to post. About the roaches... I HATE them, can't stand them, made a vow when I was in college that I would never, ever live in a place that I saw even a single roach in. But, every single place I've ever lived in has had at least a couple of roach sitings. I think it's just something about cities. They are so disgusting. I just found one in my bathroom and had to run and get a can of Raid and kill it. A few years ago, I was in bed and there was one on my ceiling ugh
Hopefully someone has some advice for how to permanently get rid of roaches
