I have a question, I have a broken lease and wanted to pay for it before I tried to rent, when I called the collection agency they wanted me to put the money on a prepaid debt card. Has anyone hear...

d of this before what's the best way to handle this? Thanks

1. Electronic payment is easier and quicker to process.

2. Since it's a prepaid card, the collection agency can be assured they will actually receive payment. (If you wrote a check, it could bounce).
