I movied into a condo before i was approved my the assoication. My realtor and landlord lawyer did not tell me that i need to be approved.

I have done everything thatthe assoication told me to do.But my landlord attorney did not give them a power of attorney. so they said that my application is not complete and can't be process. After i paid my rent the attorney told me thru email he is no longer her attorney.

I was given a fine of 500 dollars and i had to file out an application and then the assiocation give me the rules. Now the assoication is telling me that the attorney signed the lease not my landlord they need a power of attorney. This has been going on since April 1st the attorney told me that everything was going ok.I paid my rent to him like i was suppose to do. Now he emailed me telling me he is no longer her attorney. and the assoication says they are going to evict me. What can I do? And i just was told the house will be sold on August 9th.
Landlord lives in peru.

I'm sorry this happened to you. Your Realtor (working on your behalf),should have told you that you can't move into a property before getting approved by the Homeowner's association. I would suggest to hire a Real Estate Attorney ASAP. Keep all documents that you have from the association and the landlord's attorney, receipts of paid rent, etc. to show your attorney. Hope everything will clear up for you.

I have a Real Estate Attorney and i have copies of everything. I was told not to pay any rent until I am approve my the association. But i had to put the rent money into an account for just in case my landlord says i am not paying rent. My reason is i am not approved my the association and i am asking for parking pass and have not gotten anything and my car was towed.

Thank you
