Looking for 1-2 bdrm apt to rent. We are a family of 2 adults + 2 tweens + 2 infants with minimalism|shared spaced living experience. We are both freelancers that recently moved here from out of state. How difficult will it be to prove to a landlord that we will be able to fulfill our obligations? Also, I've noticed that management companies restrict occupancy per rooms. Will they understand our shared space living?
