I know it's been a while, and so this seems late. I am a single woman over 60; and have 2 rooms to rent (to one person) in south Austin. I need a trustworthy, kind, responsible person as roommate and home caretaker when I am away. The rent would be adjusted to account for the caretaking duties. 3 br 1 3/4 bath; large yard, nice neighborhood, 2 living areas, 1534 sq. ft. furnished.
