I am looking for a house or building on S. Pearl St. to have my massage therapy business in, any one know of anything available for rent or possible sale?
In need of a 3 treatment room house or building on S. Pearl St. If it does not have 3 rooms, possibility for construction to accommodate. 1 bathroom, and a space for waiting/reception. It looks like you posted your question 9 months ago, but I'm wondering if you ever found a property? I am a Realtor and do a lot of work in Platt Park/Old South Pearl St and agree it would be a perfect location for your business. From time to time work/live properties zoned for business use come on the market. I can keep an eye out for you if you wish.
