Im looking for a rental and can't find anything, how do you ask someone who is selling their house if they would like to rent it out?

Family of four moving to Greensboro because of a job transfer, can't find a rental big enough or affordable. I see plently of homes for sale in my budget, I can sign a two year lease. How can I find a rental home large enough and affordable?

Hi Brenda,

We have a beautiful 3-bedroom home on acreage with pond, stream and woods. How much square footage are you looking for and what is your budget?

As you know everything depends on location, and condition. Starting I would like to say minimum of 2000 sq feet. No more than $1500/mo.

Hi Brenda, This I$ a buyer's market. I SELL homes through a lease with the option to purchase. Must have verifiable income/employment, be willing to change some behaviors neccessary to improve your credit score (through HUD approved counselling agency...not the scams on the internet!), AND have at least 3% to move in.

You can visit www.buyproperty4lesstoday.com and complete your individual preferences. We'll locate homes and forward the info. to your email.

I work with homeowner's and real estate investor's EAGER to help you achieve the "dream" of home ownership!

Tell me what you're looking for at www.buyproperty4lesstoday.com and I'll locate it!

Thanx,
George
