I'm moving from New York City to San Francisco. Are there any neighborhoods comparable to Brooklyn Heights or DUMBO?
I'm looking to rent a sublet or full-year lease in San Francisco. I'm a techie who likes food looking for a neighborhood conducive to my lifestyle. Brooklyn Heights and DUMBO are my two most favorite areas in New York because of the views, proximity to water (although unsanitary), and convenience.
