The home we are renting is now in forclosure. We also haven't renewed our contract for the past couple of years. Do we have to pay June rent and can we move without notice?

We've rented this home for over 4 yrs and the landlord is now in foreclosure. We haven't renewed our contract for a few years. Do we have to pay June rent and can we move without a 15 to 30 day notice?

YES, THE OWNER SHOULD HAVE ADVISED YOU, A LOT OF LANDLORDS JUST WANT TO COLLECT RENT AND NOT PAY THEIR MORTGAGE TRUST ME THEY WILL NOT TAKE U TO COURT BECAUSE THEY WILL HAVE TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEIR DOING WITH THE RENT MONEY SAVE UP FOR THE INCONVENIENCE FOR YOUR NEW HOME, YOU COULD WAIT UNTIL THE SALE DATE U STILL HAVE 30 DAYS TO MOVE ANY ACTION ON THE HOUSE YOU WILL GET A NOTICE.
GOOD LUCK IT HAPPENED TO ME
