You need to find the right company to modify you loan hun. Your bank is not going to help you modify because they incur penalties for modifying a loan. I work for a company that will be able to send you an application and tell you in 24 hours if they can help you. It costs nothing for the application if they are able to take you on as a client the cost is only the fees they incur on your behalf. Instead of fighting with your bank who does not own your loan we go straight to the investor (the one owning your loan). We explain in black and white what their options are. They can either help you and modify your loan or they can foreclose. Foreclosure is not something investors want to do as they lose more money than the remaining loan amount.
