I find typically that the rent is per month on listings; however, the best way to determine that for sure is to contact the listing agents.
Please be aware that the rental rate does not include deposits, such as: security, key, pet, credit report, first-month's rent, utilities, etc. Once again, you should contact the agent for further details on move-in price and rental rate.
