You can try right here in Hemet, Ca. We are well known for our retirement communities like "Sierra Dawn", A great place for seniors on a fixed income. It offers mobile home starting at about 49,000, you buy your own land so you do not have a monthly rent, and the H.O.A fees are about $75.00. We also have many communities with low rent that feature, golfing, fishing and many other actives senior love. You may have heard of our little town; it was once famous for having the second riches street in the United States, Florida Ave. We are know for our large population of snow birds. A group of seniors that spend the winter here and the summers in Canada. If you want more information on our far city, email me: gloriahemet@aol.com, mention your question and I'll send you some properties and a link to our senior center.
Take Care,
Gloria Williams

tons of places in Surprise. Try Sun village for condo living? There are also several low income apartment complexes in our area. Cheaper places to buy, all adult only...try Sun City or Sun City West duplexes.
